The Tsugaru region of Aomori prefecture has shrines and Buddhist temples protected by the guardian deity of the 12 Japanese zodiac signs.
The guardian deity philosophy forged the unique faith called Tsugaru Ichidaisama.
Thus, the history of Tsugaru Ichidaisama was cultivated by religion, nature, and agriculture.
